Issues that require a little extra attention are escalated to the BORN Tech Team who will work with you until you have a solution. The Tech Team is also responsible for testing any changes to the BORN Information System.

Together, these two teams handle 300+ tickets a month and we do our very best to keep the response times quick. We try to get back to you the same day with answers to your questions. Most calls are resolved on the spot, but occasionally we need to involve other members at BORN to get you the best support possible.
