Diagnostic Testing
Diagnostic testing can give you "yes" or "no" answers about chromosome difference in the pregnancy. This testing is publicly-funded and can be done through either chorionic villus sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis:
| Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
Done between 11 to 14 weeks of pregnancy
| Amniocentesis
Done after 15 weeks of pregnancy
